A long gravel driveway with three approach angles and no power at the gate. We pulled Cat6 through existing conduit, added a PoE switch mid-run, and set license-plate-friendly camera placement on both directions of travel.

A medical suite needed staff-only doors, a shared lobby, and a log the practice could hand to its insurer. Readers and strikes were installed on existing frames over a weekend so Monday operations were unaffected.

The old panel had failed twice and residents were buzzing each other to get in. We replaced the station, added app answering for every unit, and printed a resident guide for the property manager.

An inherited alarm panel was beeping nightly and nobody had the installer code. We took over the system, replaced failed contacts and batteries, and kept the existing cameras where the lenses still made sense.
